Remote Assistance
In an effort to improve our support, we’ve introduced remote assistance via TeamViewer, where we can assist in real time by sharing your computer with one of our Customer Service Representatives.
This is a one-off connection that enables us to connect to your PC / Laptop, with you present, to get the problem resolved as soon as possible.
By design, once the problem has been fixed and you’re happy with the outcome, either you or we can close the session and we will no longer be connected to your computer, and we won’t be able to connect again without your input.
